ssCore.SysInfo.setStickyKeys

Sets the state of the StickyKeys accessibility feature. When the StickyKeys is enabled, the user can press a modifier key (SHIFT, CTRL, or ALT) and then another key in sequence rather than at the same time, to enter shifted (modified) characters and other key combinations. Pressing a modifier key once latches the key down until the user presses a non-modifier key or clicks a mouse button. Pressing a modifier key twice locks the key until the user presses the key a third time.

First available in version 3.0 build 2039.


Input Parameters:

sticky - [Optional] - A boolean value that indicates whether the sticky keys feature should be enabled (true) or disabled (false). Valid values include: true and false.

hotkey - [Optional] - A boolean value that indicates whether the sticky keys hotkey (pressing the SHIFT key 5 times) should be enabled (true) or disabled (false). Valid values include: true and false.


Output Parameters:

No output parameters.


Asynchronous Mode:

When this method is called asynchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is passed to the specified callback function.

ssCore.SysInfo.setStickyKeys( paramsObject [, callbackParamsObject] [, errorParamsObject] );


Synchronous Mode:

When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.
