ssCore.Security.setExpiryDate

Override the conditions on the Expiry tab and set a new time and date when the application should expire. You can use this command to extend the life of an expired application after it has expired (i.e. your own custom expiry system). The new expiry date will be checked the next time your application starts. The date and time settings should be specified in local time.


Availability:

First available in version 3.0 build 2039.


Input Parameters:

year - Expiry year (2004..2099).

month - Expiry month (Jan=1, Feb=2, ... Dec=12)

day - Expiry day in month (1..31).

hour - Expiry hour (0.. 23).

minute - Expiry minute (0..59).

second - Expiry second (0..59).


Output Parameters:

No output parameters.


Asynchronous Mode:

When this method is called asynchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is passed to the specified callback function.

ssCore.Security.setExpiryDate( paramsObject [, callbackParamsObject] [, errorParamsObject] );


Synchronous Mode:

When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.

var returnObject = ssCore.Security.setExpiryDate( paramsObject );

The following example sets the expiry date to February 22, 2007.
