Setting HTTP.local tells the plugin where to put any data that is returned from the server.
First available in version 3.0 build 2039.
path - Fully qualified path to a local file. This parameter supports monikers.
No output parameters.
When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.
The local file will be created when you call HTTP.start. If the local file exists, it will be overwritten. If the local file does not exist, it will be created. If the path does not exist, it will be created.
If you don't provide a local file name as a destination for the HTTP operation, you must retrieve the content with the use of the HTTP.getBuffer command.
