ssCore.Flash.loadVariables

Reads data from a file and sets the values for variables in your Flash movie. Unlike the Flash loadVariables command, the target cannot be specified, all variables are created at level 0.


Availability:

First available in version 3.0 build 2039.


Input Parameters:

path - Path to the file to be read. The file must contain a list of variables in URL encoded format. This parameter supports monikers.


Output Parameters:

No output parameters.


Asynchronous Mode:

When this method is called asynchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is passed to the specified callback function.

ssCore.Flash.loadVariables( paramsObject [, callbackParamsObject] [, errorParamsObject] );


Synchronous Mode:

When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.

var returnObject = ssCore.Flash.loadVariables( paramsObject );
