ssCore.Catalog.rowCount

Find out how many rows are in the catalog.


Availability:

First available in version 3.0 build 2039.


Input Parameters:

None.


Output Parameters:

result - The number of rows in the catalog.


Asynchronous Mode:

When this method is called asynchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is passed to the specified callback function.

ssCore.Catalog.rowCount( paramsObject [, callbackParamsObject] [, errorParamsObject] );


Synchronous Mode:

When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.

var returnObject = ssCore.Catalog.rowCount( paramsObject );


Notes:

This function can only be called after Catalog.load has completed. The most common use for the row count is with Catalog.browse (to determine the range of rows that can be viewed).
