Move the current row pointer ahead by the specified number of rows.

First available in version 3.0 build 2039.

Input Parameters:

number - The number of rows to skip in the result set (includes the current row).

Output Parameters:

result - A string which contains the contents of the new row.

adoError - An ADO specific error message.

Asynchronous Mode:

When this method is called asynchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is passed to the specified callback function.

ssCore.ADO.moveBy( paramsObject [, callbackParamsObject] [, errorParamsObject] );

Synchronous Mode:

When this method is called synchronously, a return object containing the output parameters is returned to the caller immediately.

var returnObject = ssCore.ADO.moveBy( paramsObject );

A failure with an error code of "8" (end-of-file) or "9" (beginning-of-file) can be interpreted as an indication that you have reached the beginning or end of the open table; this should not be considered a fatal error because this will be encountered during normal data processing operations.

The following example moves the row pointer to the 22nd record and displays the contents of that row in the SWF Studio Trace tab.

var return_obj = ssCore.ADO.moveTo({number:22});
