I have a Flash program that "Calls" itself at midnight at forces the application to re-launch and reset all the values. This little trick never worked if the file was built as a projector, only if you used an independant Flash player. Now I am assembling this in SWF studio, and the behavior is much like a projector. Does anyone have a way to force a "re-launch" at a specific time without using the Windows Scheduler? I would really like to contain this in the Flash application. I'm new to SWF studio, perhaps there is an easy answer.

Just call ssCore.Shell.execute to launch your application and quit the current running instance:

ssCore.Shell.execute({path:ssGlobals.ssExePath});
ssCore.App.quit();

ssGlobals.ssExePath will contain the full path to your EXE, wherever that is when it is launched. After that we quit.
